Patient-391 went to Sunrise Hospital. Worst experience ever!! Go anywhere else!! They could NOT do an IV correctly. Sunrise Hospital is dirty and unprofessional. When I said I wanted to leave,

she said I couldn't!! After another hour, she returned and I refused further treatment, so she finally unhooked the IV. I left as soon as I possibly could. I will NEVER return to Sunrise Hospital!!

Patient-391 went to Sunrise Hospital.

Patient says:

Was brought by ambulance. Ambulance medics were nice but blew my IV and could NOT get it started. That was disappointing.

Got worse after that.

Got to Sunrise Hospital Emergency Room (ER).

Worst experience ever!!

Go anywhere else if possible --- to avoid the disrespectful RNs there who don't care about your wellbeing.

I refused treatment, so I was rudely treated!!

Sunrise Hospital is dirty and unprofessional!!

Only one RN was professional, and she did my IV initially. She was great.

After that I was thrown to a bitter, unfriendly female RN. She started my IV but failed to make sure it was going and it wasn't.

I saw there for an hour before I was checked on.

Had to flag down a different RN to have my IV actually going.

After that, I refused treatment, and I was treated poorly again by the same RN who tried to start my IV initially but failed to do so.

When I said I wanted to leave, she said I couldn't!!

After another hour, she returned and I refused further treatment, so she finally unhooked the IV --- and she said nothing and walked out with her attitude!!

I didn't say anything to her.

I left as soon as I possibly could.

I will NEVER return to Sunrise Hospital!!
