Patient-256
No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-256 went to Dr. Kevin Golshani at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. I had been waiting alone in the exam room for 20 minutes and answered a phone call. I hung up the call as soon as he walked into the room, but he was annoyed that I had been on a call and refused to examine me and told me to leave. Patient says he believes he was being discriminated against.

I had been waiting for the doctor for about twenty minutes—with no one else around—when I received a phone call.
Just as the doctor walked in and asked if I wanted to reschedule, I hung up the phone.
I had waited a full month to get this appointment, yet he asked if I wanted to cancel it right then and there, simply because he saw me on the phone.
Right now, I can no longer work, even though I have three young children to care for.
My arm is in severe pain, and I am completely unable to work.
That very day, Dr. Golshani refused to examine me and told me I had to leave.
I believe I am being discriminated against because I am Vietnamese.
Doctors are supposed to save lives and help patients, so where is this doctor's conscience?
His name is Kevin (Kayvon) R . GOLSHANI, M.D.
