Patient-260

Patient-260 went to Sunrise Hospital for labor and delivery. Horrendous experience. Patient was forced to be induced even though she had not dilated and was not having any contractions. Given an epidural and the needle was bent inside her back. Patient now has crippling pain. Food was inedible and tasted like it was cooked in a dishwasher. DO NOT visit this hospital. You will regret it.

I had my child here almost 3 years ago and had a horrendous experience!!

I was forced to be induced having not been dilated or having any contractions.

The nurses insisted to use their bare hands with nails to insert birthing balloons and duck bills inside of me.

I was given an epidural with the needle bent inside my back. Then they laughed it off afterwards and stuck me again.

I now have crippling lower back and hip pain.

My entire pregnancy I am barely able to get out of bed or take a step without feeling tremendous pain.

It was a very bad birthing experience.

I wanted to seek medical compensation, but I was told there is a 2 year statute of limitation for this type of medical claim.

I am currently pregnant again and made the mistake of returning because of pre-term labor. Mind you, this was the closest to my home, and I made a rushed decision. Poor mistake.

I was admitted for weeks where they kept my in a room the size of a prison cell with a window the size of a shoe box. The room was kept constantly hot and uncomfortable despite my multiple complaints to the staff.

I was placed in a room in front of the nurses' station, and I could hear them cackling and gossiping about patients in the unit.

I would push the nurses button for assistance, and they would take so long to assist me even with pain or sometimes I’d have to push the button more than once for anyone to help me.

The only time they insist on blood draws or any type of testing is throughout the night, so there is no chance of getting any rest while you’re there.

The food tastes like it was cooked in the dishwasher. It was soooo terrible.

The nurses I guess got tired of  me sending the food back, so they would make me wait extended times for meals. By the time the food arrived, I couldn’t eat it due to the fact it was cold and inedible. As a result, I barely ate.

Please DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL!!! You will regret it.
