Patient-93 saw Dr. Kevin Laroche at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. Absolutely worst experience. Dr. Laroche would not send the referral to a different surgeon. Patient recommends you go elsewhere for orthopedic needs.

This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor's office.
When I saw Dr. Kevin Laroche (with Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center), he told me he referred me to a different surgeon because he couldn't perform the procedure that was recommended.
It has been two weeks, and he STILL HAS NOT sent the referral and on top of that the referring doctor would likely not accept per his assistant, May, who is often unreachable and completely void of empathy.
They basically wasted my time for three weeks, actually longer, if you count the amount of time I had to wait to get an appointment.
If you want your orthopedic issues taken care of, look elsewhere.
