No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-81 noticed multiple HIPAA violations at Sunrise Hospital and was also exposed to radiation when they took an X-ray of another patient in the same room. Emergency Department is filthy and patient wonders how they are accredited by the Joint Commission.

Worst hospital I’ve ever been in!!
HIPAA broken everywhere in the hospital.
In a small room where they put another patient, the doctor comes in and openly discusses my information with another patient present.
They also did other patients registration --- asking for birthday, social security numbers, etc. --- while I was in there.
No screen or any attempt to promote privacy.
X-ray done on other patient while I was in the room and was left sitting there exposed to radiation.
Spoke to nurse about the issues and she stated she had complained numerous times about HIPAA violations.
Emergency Department is filthy.
I do not know how they are JACHO accredited.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.
Lack of security also noted in Emergency Department waiting room.
