Patient-378 went to Sunrise Hospital. Worst hospital ever. Poor communication. Employees are rude and disrespectful to patients and visitors. Patient's cell phone was stolen. Protect your personal property.
My elderly relative was hospitalized at Sunrise Hospital for almost a month and had his cell phone stolen.
Beware the thieves that are among the staff!!
The CNA/nursing staff are bad at communicating when they will arrive --- when they were called for help.
Employees are rude to patients and visitors.
The CNA was very rude as she didn't think anyone was in the room visiting.
It was terrible how she treated and talked to the patient and to us after realizing we were in the room.
This is the worst, understaffed team out of all the hospitals my relative has stayed in, and they are thieves on top of it!!
