Patient-288 went to Dr. Kevin Golshani at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. Doctor looked at X-rays and barely asked a question or two. Only said the patient needs a shot. No real conversation. Patient did not know how to score him because Dr. Golshani was almost indifferent.

I give him only three stars because I don't know what his quality of care is.
I saw him for a trigger thumb issue and a cyst near my middle thumb joint.
He looked at my X-rays and barely asked a question or two, said I need a shot, and insurance will want up to three shots.
I did not understand context.
I had no conversation with him, per se.
I did not even know it was not him that would administer the shot.
A few minutes later, his tech came in, talked with me, gave me context of what to expect, the purpose of this and other shots potentially.
I don't how to to score Dr. Golshani because he is almost indifferent.
