Patient-342

Patient-342 went to Sunrise Hospital. Elderly patient was in the hospital for two weeks. Nurses were horrible. They would NOT bathe the patient or provide any assistance. Patient's family had to provide care. They warn others NOT to use Sunrise Hospital. They DO NOT recommend this place. Never!!!

Patient-342 is an elderly patient who was at Sunrise Hospital for two weeks.

Patient's family says:

My grandmother was in Sunrise Hospital for almost 2 weeks.

Let me tell you, the nurses were horrible.

They don't respond when it was an emergency. My grandmother needed to go to the bathroom, and I told them two times.

Still, they did NOT come, so I helped my grandmother to get up. She had an accident.

I did not mind helping her, but the nurses took advantage of us being there.

Who let's these elderly people keep pushing the button and NOT answering?!

My grandmother would call me at home when she needed to use the bathroom.

I told her to push the button. She said she did, and it has been going off for 20 minutes.

Horrible!! Horrible!!

I could NOT believe how they treat the elderly --- especially when you cannot even walk, and they need help to get out of bed to go to the bathroom.

My grandmother is 91 years old, and it had me so upset.

We were there every day (for 2 weeks), and we were the ones cleaning her up, because I did not want to see her dirty.

They did NOT even give her a sponge bath!!

I DO NOT recommend this place. Never!!!
