Patient-92

No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital

Patient-92 saw Dr. Arthur Taylor at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. The patient says Dr. Taylor was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. He would not listen to the patient's concerns about whether he was physically able to return to work.

I initially saw Dr. Arthur Taylor (with Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center) for a work-related injury.

At first, he was professional and helpful.

However, during my most recent visit, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional from the very beginning of my appointment.

He left the exam room door wide open while loudly discussing my personal medical information in a crowded medical building not only a humiliating experience but a clear HIPAA violation.

When I tried to voice my concerns about returning to work and my ability to perform my duties safely, Dr. Taylor spoke over me, dismissed my questions, and even attempted to leave the room in a way that signaled “end of discussion.”

His demeanor was arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

To make matters worse, he admitted that he could not guarantee I wouldn’t re-injure myself by returning to full duties, yet still disregarded my legitimate concerns.

As a patient, I have every right to be heard regarding my health and safety, and this experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.

This was a shocking display of unprofessional behavior from a medical professional.

Just say NO to Nevada Orthopedic and just say NO to Dr. Arthur Taylor
