Patient-120 who was put in a room with 12 other patients at Sunrise Hospital. No privacy. No peace. Denied a bed for countless days and falsely promised a room. Horrible experience.

Had the absolute worst experience of my life here the past 3 days.
Denied a bed for countless days as well as falsely promised a room.
They had me and about 10-12 people in a room no bigger than my living room. Right next to each other. No space for even our personal belongings.
None of has had any peace or privacy.
Couldn't see loved ones in a comfortable manner.
Had someone pee right in front of me and my mother as I'm getting treatment.
Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had.
I will never be back here --- ever again.
If I could rate them ZERO stars, I would.
