No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-174 went to Dr. Arthur Taylor at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center for help with carpal tunnel syndrome. Worst experience ever!! Dr. Taylor was impatient, unfriendly and rude and would not help. Patient experienced the typical appointment and scheduling problems that are mentioned in many of the patient stories regarding Nevada Orthopedic.

My primary doctor referred me here for my wrist pain --- Carpal Tunnel.
The office (Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center) contacted me asking for my information. I faxed over all my paperwork, and they confirmed that I was accepted as a new patient with Dr. Taylor, a HAND specialist.
Got an appointment with him...filled out all the questions. They require that you arrive 30 minutes before the appointment. I arrived 30 minutes EARLY and completed the self check-in process, but it kicked me out saying I'm late...??? (I was NOT late.)
A receptionist helped me. She called Dr. Taylor's office, but it seemed very fishy, and they called in a patient for Dr. Taylor at the same time as mine.
So they called me in also...made me wait in a room...after 5 minutes, he showed up but seemed very IMPATIENT & UNFRIENDLY. He didn't even sit down...then asked where the pain was...I said my HAND ...as I tried to explain that I had surgery but it didn't help & all the pain came back and got worse...he rudely interrupted saying "I CAN'T HELP YOU. No such thing as pain in the hand...blah blah blah...I CANT HELP YOU!!"
Dr. Taylor was in such a hurry and did not want to hear my pain issue or the history about my hand. He then showed me out the door and told the receptionist to scratch off my appointment.
There's much more. I wish I could record the whole conversation on my phone.
I have NEVER in my life had such a RUDE, UNFRIENDLY & GRUMPY doctor!!!!!!!
I believe they double booked, and he didn't want to lose the other patient so he just rushed out.
This is the WORST experience ever!!
I had KAISER in the past, and previously every doctor was professional, nice and caring, and they took time to listen.

Read the story of Patient-187 who also went to Dr. Arthur and noticed he was shaking. One of his assistants said Dr. Taylor is in the early stages of Parkinson's Disease.
Read the story of Patient-228 who also went to Dr. Arthur and noticed he was shaking bad and wished she had run out the door. Dr. Taylor did surgery on her hand, but it never healed properly. She is in severe pain and cannot do much with her left hand.
