Patient-173
No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-173 went to Sunrise Hospital. Employees were rude and disrespectful. Computer systems are from the 1970s. Patient had to check in 7 times from three different sources and in person. Billed by an anesthesiologist but never received services from him. Patient says they only care about money and provide poor customer service.
The worst experience in a hospital ever!!!
Seven check-ins from three different sources---email, app, phone---and in person. All the same info!!
Their computer sharing of information is from the 1970s.
Every single person I ran into---from the front door to the procedure room--- was rude and disrespectful.
I told the head nurse how unsatisfying this had been, and she said, "Why did you come back then?"
I was billed by the anesthesiologist even though the procedure was not done.
The same issue was present in pre-op, and they still had me come in and waste my time and money!!
They prepared me for a procedure, and I had the same issue in pre-op. Why even do pre op?!?!
Oh yeah---so they can make money.
Nobody cares about the patients. They only care about money. And they provide poor customer service.
I wish I never had to go back to Sunrise Hospital.
