No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-340 went to Sunrise Hospital. Deplorable conditions, dirty and unprofessional. Patient went to Sunrise Hospital via ambulance with heart attack symptoms. She was treated as if she only had the common cold. Patient was NEVER hooked up to a heart monitor or given any feedback. She was placed in a shared space with a male patient and had to experience him using the urinal. Patient left the hospital due to lack of care and horrible experience. One of the worst experiences of her entire life!!

It was a horrible experience.
I came in via ambulance with heart attack symptoms and was treated as if I had the common cold.
I was placed in a shared space with a man (I am a female) and got to experience him urinating into a urinal --- which I'm pretty sure is against some privacy laws.
NOT ONE TIME was I hooked up to a heart monitor or given any feedback as to what was happening as I sat in a chair for 5 hours.
My nurse took a lunch break, and no one replaced her.
The only reason I knew that she was gone for that reason was because after a half hour, I finally asked where she was.
I was NOT treated as if my health was a concern --- until I wanted to leave --- which I did (leave), because if that is how the Emergency Room operates, I don't even want to think about what staying there would be like.
It was deplorable, unprofessional, dirty, and put my health further at risk.
My experience with Sunrise Hospital truly ranks among the worst experiences of my entire life!!!
