Patient-134

Patient--134 went to Sunrise Hospital with kidney stones. Received horrible treatment from rude and unhinged staff. Patient was ready to beg for death. The hospital told her family they could not find her. She left and went to a better hospital.

Patient-134 was flown to Sunrise Hospital with kidney stones.

Here is the patient's story:

I have bruises that no one will explain. I almost died at Sunrise Hospital, and the entire time, no one would tell me anything about my treatment.

No one would help me. I was the point of begging for death!!

Beg for a different hospital if you are ever sent here!!

I was flown here to get emergency treatment for 2-10 mm kidney stones that had become lodges and blocked my urine flow.

Thankfully, I was medicated by the hospital that transferred me to Sunrise Hospital --- because the staff at Sunrise Hospital had no intention of helping me.

While in my assigned room, I needed to use the restroom and requested help but was ignored until I defecated on myself.

Then I was humiliated and in tears asking when I would be going in for surgery.

They didn't know. There were no answers. No assistance and no help for patients!!

Just a lot of rude and unhinged staff!!

God....don't ask for water. If you do, they will give you a shot-size cup with a broken straw and refills will get you moved to a hallway gurney where the staff can walk by and point and laugh at you and the other patients (who are also left in the hallway).

My fiance drove 7 hours to be with me. When he arrived, he was told they could not locate me!! Thankfully, he found me.

We went to another hospital where I received care and compassion.

WORST TIME OF MY LIFE!!!!
