Patient-393
No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-393 went to Dr. Michael Bradford at Nevada Orthopedic. Had to fill out a "phone book of paperwork." Received a prescription for pain pills and physical therapy. Then the office switched the patient to a different doctor (for no apparent reason) and demanded that the patient fill out all of the forms again. The patient did not agree with this request and was sternly and rudely lectured by several employees. He told the office to cancel his appointments. Patient says "if this was a restaurant, they would get an F."
Patient-393 went to Dr. Michael Bradford at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center.
I had an appointment with Dr. Michael Bradford and filled out a "phone book of paperwork."
I saw Dr. Bradford and left with a prescription for pain pills and a physical therapy order.
For some reason, they switched me to another doctor in the practice, and they expected me to come in 30 minutes early AGAIN to fill out the same paperwork, and they would NOT budge!!
I told them to cancel all my appointments and then was lectured by the supervisor who said they have the right to lecture me.
I told this person that I am a grown man, and please don't lecture me.
Unreal!!!
How condescending do you have to be before I get pissed off?
I'll tell you --- she set the pace for the other person at check-in, who also lectured me.
Then this other guy gives me a ration of B.S. (same lecture, same story, then they blame the doctors).
Dr. Bradford and Dr. Sharif....if you read this and do nothing...
(Like you told me mom and dad a while back when the check-in line was out the door.)
They made me wait an hour to be called, then stick me into a waiting room for another 30 minutes.
Need I go on???
If you were a restaurant, you would get an F.

Note to readers: We have heard numerous complaints about the large volume of paperwork required by Nevada Orthopedic and the demand that the paperwork has to be completed again before every appointment.
Read the story of Patient-185 where he describes this ridiculous process and explains that Nevada Orthopedic is RUN BY LAWYERS, NOT DOCTORS!!
