No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-360 went to Sunrise Hospital. Patient was transported from St. Rose San Martin Hospital because Sunrise Hospital said they had a bed available. They lied!! They left the patient on a chair in the Emergency Room waiting area with morphine and heart failure. The previous hospital had taken his shoes and cut open his shirt. The employees at Sunrise Hospital laughed at and made fun of the patient. Very unprofessional. DO NOT come to Sunrise Hospital!!

My husband was transferred from St. Rose San Martin Hospital to Sunrise Hospital.
Sunrise Hospital told St. Rose San Martin Hospital that they had a bed for him. They lied!!!
The ambulance transferred him, and they left him outside on a chair in the Emergency Room waiting area with a nasal rocket, double morphine, and a heart failure condition!!
He could NOT even stay up (sit up in the chair).
His shirt was cut open by the previous hospital, and he had no shoes.
He asked to sit inside, and the receptionist laughed at him and said "the cut open shirt looks good on him."
Are you serious???
What kind of care is this?
And the receptionist told us the Admitting Department always lies about having rooms available so other ERs will transfer their patients to Sunrise Hospital --- when they actually DO NOT have rooms available!!!
DO NOT COME TO SUNRISE HOSPITAL VOLUNTARILY!!!
