Patient went to Dr. Reynold Rimoldi at Nevada Orthopedic. Dr. Rimoldi was condescending and dismissive and told the patient to jump off the Hoover Dam if the pain became too much.

I would give a zero star if possible.

There are no words to express how terrible this doctor made me feel. I was in tears since the moment he left the room, until I got home.

I was advised to go jump off the Hoover Dam if my pain becomes so bad, then call him.

Dr. Rimoldi is the most condescending doctor and person I have ever met.

I went in for a surgery consult after 12 years of failed conservative treatments. The surgery consult was advised from another doctor (who no longer works there), Dr. Vater.

When Dr. Rimoldi reviewed my latest MRI, he refused to view my other scans or medical records, and said "I don't care about any of that, only the most recent. Besides, it's not like you have broken bones."

Dr. Rimoldi then stood over me, loudly voiced how he would not do the surgery because I am too young. I am too young to have these issues and too young to have a disc removal and spinal fusion surgery.

But when I asked him what I should do, he treated me like I was ignorant, and was annoying him. He cut me off when I tried voicing a medical concern and question. It took multiple attempts to get any kind of answer that didn't involve metaphors of museum art.

He continued to pace to the door, then, as if annoyed, swing his arms in the air.

Finally, this is when he told me "If the pain gets so bad, go jump off of the Hoover Dam, then come see me." Unbelievable! How could a doctor say this?!

I can not believe this inhumane person is a doctor, with a medical license.

Please, please do not waste your time or money seeing him.

But most of all, do not put yourself in a position to be so belittled and made to feel like you are a liar and your pain is not real.
