Patient-70

Patient-70 is a patient who went to Sunrise Hospital. His family described the care as awful and unprofessional. Zero communication from the staff about his condition or treatment. His personal items disappeared and no one bothered to look for them.

My husband was a patient at Sunrise Hospital.

Without getting into any specific situation that had occurred, and there were many.

I have never been to a hospital so awful and unprofessional. The staff with the exception of a few were absolutely just awful.

Zero communication about anything relating to my husbands condition and what the treatments were going to be.

The RNs that work there, with the exception of a few, should find a different career because they are the most uncompassionate people I have ever had to be around.

I will never ever willingly say a good thing about this hospital.

Go to another place if you can.

So many people that work here have zero business working in health care with the attitudes and lack of professionalism when dealing with the patient and communication with their family.

My husband had his personal items removed from him, and no matter how many times we asked for them to be returned it fell on deaf ears. No one even bothered to even look for his possession.
