Patient-28

Patient went to Dr. Reynold Rimoldi at Nevada Orthopedic for treatment for medical issues relating to his spine. Dr. Rimoldi was rude and would not let the patient ask any questions, and he walked out of the room. Patient advises others to find a better doctor.

Dr. Rimoldi gets a rating of 1 since there is no lower choice.

I was not allowed to go to my husband's appointment with him because of COVID (I am vaccinated and boosted).

Dr. Rimoldi came into the room, spoke to my husband as if he had a plane to catch and we were taking up his time.

He would not let my husband ask ANY questions and told him he had 3 options and that his spine issue isn't going to paralyze him.

So my husband told him I was on the phone so that I could hear the results of his scan, ask questions and what we could do going forward (I am listed on his records as authorized to obtain medical information).

Dr. Rimoldi promptly got up, stated he could not speak with him while I was on the phone, and he left the room.

Two of the medical assistants entered the room and asked if my husband made a decision.

My husband asked if the doctor was coming back in, and they said NO.

My husband had so many questions to ask, and they had no interest in him.

He asked for his MRI report and the disc and basically told them to pound salt.

If you are looking for a physician who will actually take the time to discuss your medical issue, look elsewhere.

Dr. Rimoldi spent less than 4 minutes with my husband and expected us to make a major informed medical decision. He is a clown.
