Patient-198 went to Sunrise Hospital. Staff were extremely rude and did not provide care. Patient spent her last days suffering from the maltreatment of the nurses. All they wanted to do was rack up their billing with Medicare. Traumatizing experience, and the patient died shortly after leaving the hospital.
I would urge families with medically vulnerable loved ones to think very carefully before relying on Sunrise Hospital for care.
My grandmother spent her last days suffering from the maltreatment of the nurses in this hospital.
Staff were extremely rude and treated my grandmother as if she was a nuisance. They were more worried about leaving on time than helping a human being suffering in pain and not able to speak.
As we went to visit, she would be screaming in pain and nurses were talking, laughing, in the nurses station. When we asked them for help they were rude, bothered, and rolled their eyes as if we were bothering them.
If you do not care about human life and taking care of the sick, maybe you should not have made this your career.
Sunrise Hospital has been nothing but traumatizing.

If you love your family and loved ones, avoid this horrible place at all costs. They will mistreat them when you aren’t around and lie about what they did or did not do.
