Patient-114

No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital

Patient-114 is a veteran who went to Sunrise Hospital in extreme pain. They gave him nothing for the pain. Told him he would be admitted and left him in a hallway for 12 hours. Then he was discharged. No medical care and no food provided.

Terrible hospital.

Avoid if you are a VA patient being transferred.

Nurses and doctors care more about their personal lives and hanging out than caring for patients.

They gave ZERO pain killers while I was in extreme pain.

I was in a hallway waiting for a room for 12 hours only to be discharged and never given anything to eat.

I watched the entire hospital do shift turnovers and eat multiple meals.

The hospital is very dirty and over-crowded.

All this after being told I would be admitted --- only to be told I was being discharged.

Do NOT go to Sunrise Hospital.
