No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-277 went to Dr. Kevin Laroche at Nevada Orthopedic. Long wait times. They made the patient redo the paperwork that had already been completed online (a common complaint at Nevada Orthopedic). Doctor spoke to the patient like she was a 3-year-old child. Patient said it was a big waste of time and the government's money.
After numerous text messages, I filled out all of the requested information online before my appointment.
When I got to the doctor's office the required 30 minutes early, they told me they didn't have that information, and I had to sit down and fill it out all over again. (This is a common complaint in patient stories regarding Nevada Orthopedic).
After waiting for the doctor for 10 or 15 minutes --- having now been there about 45 minutes --- he came in and asked what he could do to help me.
My first comment would be "read my chart."
After finding the X-rays and pulling them up on the screen, he talked to me like I was a 3-year-old child.
Big waste of time and the government's money.
