Patient-143

No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital

Patient--143 had an accidental fall and went to Sunrise Hospital by ambulance. They put the neck brace on too tight, and the breathing tube was not even attached to a tank. No response to calls for help. Staff was unprofessional and mocking the patient.

My mom had an accidental fall at home and went to Sunrise Hospital.

As soon as she arrived there from an ambulance, the nursing staff just left her in the hallway for 2 hours unsupervised while she was in pain.

The neck brace that they put on was too tight, and the breathing tube wasn't even attached to a tank.

When she was trying to yell for help, the staff who was supposed to watch over her, wasn't even paying attention.

When they did, they were mocking her grunting and moaning due to pain.

If I can put zero stars for this review, I would, but I need to share this info for everyone to see and to inform that this hospital is unprofessional and that clear malpractices are happening.

I DO NOT recommend anyone going to this hospital.

I don't usually post a review on anything, but this situation from last night had me furious.
