Patient--115 a patient who went to Sunrise Hospital. Patient says the hospital is an absolute nightmare, the level of disorganization is unbelievable, and they try to hold patients hostage. This is not healthcare. It is a business preying on people.

This hospital is an absolute nightmare.

We have been waiting for six hours just to receive X-ray results, and the level of disorganization here is unbelievable.

The place is overwhelmed and chaotic, with cops constantly coming in and out, people getting treated for gunshot wounds, and patients talking back to officers.

Even security is rude and sassy, adding to the already stressful environment.

What’s even more disturbing is how they hold patients hostage—we were told that if we left, we’d be charged for the visit instead of having it covered by workers’ comp.

That is completely unethical and manipulative, especially for middle-class citizens just trying to get proper care.



I can’t even imagine what it’s like for more vulnerable patients who come here, only to be played, forced to wait for hours, and scared into thinking they can’t leave without being hit with a massive bill.

This is not healthcare—it’s a business preying on people.

If you have ANY other option, go somewhere else.

This place is an absolute joke.
