No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-201 went to Sunrise Hospital with flu-like symptoms. Patient says Sunrise Hospital is a joke!! Nurses were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They made the patient take her own swab cultures. The patient had to leave and go to a walk-in clinic in order to get proper medical care. She is warning patients to avoid Sunrise Hospital.
Sunrise Hospital is literally a joke!!
I go in there with flu-like symptoms.
I told them I’m light-headed and don’t feel good.
When the nurse asked me if I wanted bloodwork or just the swabs, and I said no, she said “thank god.”
It's the most unprofessional hospital I’ve ever been too.
Then I’m arguing with my nurse because I’m asking her how much longer, and she starts going back and forth with me after I been there for 4 hours with only 8 people ahead of me.
After that, she purposely went slower. Then, to be vindictive, she had me swab myself instead of asking for another nurse to do it.
I am literally NEVER going back to Sunrise Hospital, and you should save your time too.
They do not care about your health, and now I have to go to a walk-in clinic because I most definitely feel like my tests were invalid.
I have never in my life dealt with such disrespect at a hospital.
Save your time.
You will have to dispute your medical care and end up going elsewhere.
