Patient-226

Patient-226 went to Dr. Edward Ashman at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. Patient says Dr. Ashman is NOT good for knee surgery. Very painful. No empathy or concern. Patient regrets allowing Dr. Ashman to work on him and tells others to stay FAR, FAR AWAY from Dr. Ashman.

Patient-226 went to Dr. Edward Ashman at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center for knee surgery.

This surgeon (for lack of a better term) is NOT good with knee surgery.

He did NOT succeed in what he said he would do during the surgery.

When I went back a week after the surgery to get gel injections, he said they still haven't called the insurance company to get an authorization so they can order the gel.

This was a scheduled appointment and the gel injections would help to relieve my pain.

How can they forget to order the gel?

Dr. Ashman spoke to me for maybe 20 seconds during this visit and had no answers for my concerns.

I can go on and on about how disappointed I felt.

Although I expressed the high level of knee pain, he had no empathy or concern.

I originally wanted to go with a different surgeon. However, because the other surgeon was booked for several weeks and this surgeon got me in so quickly, I chose him because of the high level of pain in my knee.

I regret allowing this surgeon to work on me.

I would highly recommend to everyone to stay FAR, FAR, AWAY from Dr, Ashman!!!

It's well worth the wait for a better surgeon who actually cares about their patients and the craftsmanship of their work.
