No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-85 is another patient who had a bad experience with Dr. Kevin Laroche at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. Absolute worst customer service. Doctor asked the patient what to do and gave no advice.
Aside from the staff having the absolute worst customer service... the patient care is just bad. In fact, worse.
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
I paid over $400 for an MRI that Dr. Kevin Laroche (with Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center) looked at for literally 2 seconds. Explained NOTHING.
And told me to try exercises and a brace for 6 months. Done. Didn't work.
Go to the follow up visit.
Waited an hour for the idiot to come in and ask ME what to do.
You're the "Dr." - not me. I come to YOU for those answers. I walked out.
Not sure how Dr. Laroche became a doctor, but he should be stripped of his degree and license.
This place is a joke. It's disgusting due to the service.
And the incompetent doctor should be ashamed of himself.
Patient went to the follow-up visit. He waited an hour for Dr. Laroche to come in and ask ME what to do. The patient said:
You're the "Doctor" - not me. I come to YOU for those answers.
(The patient walked out and says the doctor should be ashamed of himself.)
