No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-328 went to Sunrise Hospital. Patient stayed 4 days and never saw a heart or lung doctor even though he is on portable oxygen. No diagnosis was given to the patient. He left in the same condition as when he arrived. It was 2 days before the patient was given his daily medications. Food is awful, with pancakes 4 times, and the trays were missing food items and no beverages were provided. Patient says Sunrise Hospital should pay more attention to their patients instead of their stockholders. He will look for a better hospital next time.

I’m disappointed that I went there because I couldn’t breathe walking with my portable oxygen, and I barely made it to the Emergency Room (ER) door.
They kept me 4 days without seeing a lung doctor or a heart doctor!!!
I left with the same issue not knowing what is wrong with me!!
As I left my room to walk to my car in the parking lot, I had to stop and sit down to catch my breath, I didn’t think I would make it!
I had really bad heart burn and asked for my meds.
Instead, they gave me an X-ray!!
They did not have all my meds on file when they should have because I gave them a list when I first got there!!
I kept asking nurses for my blood thinners. It took 2 days before they would give me any.
Some nurses were okay and some seemed like they just didn’t care or are under-staffed.
My bathroom smells like something died in there. Horrible smell, so I tried not to use it.
Food was somewhat okay if you like pancakes 4 times a week, missing items like bacon! No drink with dinner meal!
I was better off asking my wife to bring me something (to eat)!!!
I noticed on their website it says they are a for-profit hospital!
Maybe they should care more for their patients instead of their stock holders!!
I know better to search for different hospitals, and I would never take my precious wife there!!!!!
