No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-338 is a veteran who went to Sunrise Hospital. Terrible experience!! Discharge process sucked. They gave him none of his medications for 5 days. They did NOT make transportation arrangements with the VA. Patient is still upset about the discharge process, poor medical care and lack of medications.

No prearranged transportation as discussed with the nurse who was supposed to follow-up with the VA (Veterans Administration).
They rushed me out the door.
Felt like my "time was up."
Rushed out the old patient for a new one.
I am still upset with discharge, and the meds part will has me very upset. They gave me none of my meds for 5 days.
