Patient-302

Patient-302 went to Sunrise Hospital. The place was filthy. Staff had very poor attitudes and disgusting behavior. Patient was given only ibuprofen for an infection and inflammation around her heart. Intensive security procedures cause delays in receiving treatment. Patient says she will NEVER return to Sunrise Hospital.

This place should be SHUT DOWN!!!

They are filthy and do not care for their patients.

It's run by a bunch of young, non-give-a-shit staff with attitude.

Also, WTF, with the  metal detectors and security going through your things? (Causing delays in receiving treatment.)

Never seen this in my life!!

Someone coming in with heart problems and the security wasting time to dig in your belongings?!?!

There are people sitting in the lobby with their own urine in their hands and IVs in their arms.

No one gives a shit.

It's crazy and so (unkempt) disorganized and filthy.

No one tells you who they are. They just poke you, take blood and leave you there.

Then some person comes out in the lobby and tells your business to everyone in the lobby!!!

Isn't that a HIPAA thing?

I left there being told I have an infection and inflammation around my heart.

They told me to go home and take ibuprofen and gave me nothing for the infection.

I looked at all of my blood work when I got home. It shows I am pretty damn sick, and I should have been told what's happening.

Instead, they gave me B.S.

I will never return here (to Sunrise Hospital).

These people will let you die. For real!!

Go to any hospital but this one.

I am 50 years old and have seen many hospitals in my day, but I have never seen such disgusting behavior, lack of cleanliness and attitudes in my life.

Save your aggravation!!



This place is scary.

They do NOT pay attention. They do NOT care.

You are only $$$$ (dollar signs) to these people, and they treat you like cattle.
