No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-265 had surgery on May 11, 2026, with Dr. Ronald Hillock, with Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. She had both knees replaced at the same time. The next appointment for this patient is scheduled in October (5 months after surgery). Patient is having problems, and the doctor nor his office will return her calls. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Well let me say that I’ve never heard of a Doctors office that doesn’t call their patients.
I saw him 3 weeks post-op and then he said he’ll see me in October.
My PT and my nurse at PT and anyone that I tell he doesn’t want to see me until October says that’s not normal.
So I’ve left 3 messages to schedule an appointment because I had Bilateral Knee Replacement Surgery on 5/11/26 and I’m having problems and I need to see him before October, and they will not return any of my calls.
Dr Hillock performed my surgery and although his reviews stated his surgeries were good, they did say he has no bedside manners and he’s just straight to the point.
However, not returning phones calls after performing someone’s surgery is just ridiculous and so unprofessional.
My advice is get a surgeon with a team that will call to check on you and see you before 5 months after your surgery and his office returns your call because having knee replacement surgery is a big thing and I had both done at the same time!!!
