No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-369 went to Dr. Michael Bradford at Nevada Orthopedic. Terrible experience. Long wait times. Inept scheduling. Dr. Bradford did NOT look at the MRI. Only spent a few minutes with the patient and did NOT let the patient ask any questions. Total disrespect for the patients' time. Felt like they were herding cattle. No regard for the patient who is hurting and waiting and waiting and waiting.

This was terrible!!
I live over an hour away, got there early, and asked if I could be seen sooner.
Office staff said, "That shouldn't be a problem."
After waiting until 45 minutes past my appointment time, I asked when I would be seen. She said, "You're next."
When Dr. Bradford finally came in, he spent only a few minutes with me.
Gave me my options and was gone.
I was NOT able to ask any questions.
He did NOT even look at my MRI that shows the problem area relating to my appointment.
I still have yet to find out if the office staff is efficient enough to get my procedure approved in a timely manner.
I have worked in a doctor's office and did scheduling.
To me, this is just a total disrespect of the patients' time.
It felt like herding cattle and fitting in as many patients as you can to make as much money as you can.
No regard for the patient who is hurting and waiting and waiting and waiting, with no communication!!!
