Nevada Orthopedic

Beware of Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center which includes Dr. Michael Bradford and his partners. The office and the individual doctors have low ratings and a lot of negative reviews.

On Yelp, Nevada Orthopedic has 2.4 stars, but keep in mind that 42% of positive reviews are fake, so the rating is likely much lower. A few of the negative comments are displayed at the bottom of this page. Go to Yelp to learn more about the bad experiences at Nevada Orthopedic.

Remember that businesses (including doctors) will often delete their Yelp page when they get too many negative reviews. See below for the statistics relating to the doctors at Nevada Orthopedic, including Dr. Michael Bradford who shows only 3 reviews on Yelp even though he has been a doctor for 39 years. It is very telling that the doctors at Nevada Orthopedic have no reviews or only a small number of reviews on Yelp (even though most of them have been practicing medicine for many years).

Read the story of Patient-20 who had a hip replacement by a doctor at Nevada Orthopedic. He developed sepsis and had to be hospitalized. A different doctor discovered the patient had been given a previously used, defective, recalled device.

Be sure to see the page about Dr. Michael Bradford to read about some of the patients he has harmed and the lawsuits and complaints, especially the story of Patient-1 where he caused serious harm to the patient, causing long-term, ongoing pain and suffering for the patient. Shortly after the bad surgery on June 17, 2025, Dr. Bradford lost his position as Chief of Surgery at Sunrise Hospital.

Several additional complaints against Dr. Bradford are included in this document, and there are numerous lawsuits against these doctors and their practice (currently named Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center, previously named Advanced Orthopedic Care Assoc).

If you need orthopedic care and have health insurance with Health Plan of Nevada or Sierra Health and Life Insurance (which are owned by United Healthcare), you will be forced to see Nevada Orthopedic and Spine.

And learn about the sick game that is played in Las Vegas where the surgeon who butchered you is allowed to keep control over you and your body. They will NOT allow you to go anywhere else.

Learn more about this sick game. Read the stories of Patient-1 and Patient-32.

Someone in the Nevada legislature needs to step up and pass a law to stop this sick game of control.

Here is the list of doctors at Nevada Orthopedic, and their photos are shown in the next column. The main orthopedic surgeon on this website is Dr. Michael Bradford, but we are providing details and a few patient stories about his partners at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center.
