No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-215 went to Dr. Ronald Hillock at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center for knee surgery. The patient was on the operating table when they discovered they did not have the correct part. The patient never heard from Dr. Hillock again. Zero communication. Patient found a better surgeon.

My husband was scheduled for an HTO (High Tibial Osteotomy) knee surgery.
He was literally on the operating table --- about to be put to sleep --- when a nurse ran in and said they didn’t have the part.
If this wasn’t bad enough, they never even attempted to get the part.
He pretty much “ghosted” my husband.
Months went by with zero communication or effort to get the part needed for his surgery.
Dr. Hillock really showed how much he didn’t care about the mistake, and he never even tried to make it right.
Obviously, we found another (better) doctor.
