Patient-190
No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-190 is a newborn who was in the NICU at Sunrise Children's Hospital. The parents say the hospital is dirty and in disrepair with electrical panels popping out of walls and emergency electrical sockets that do not work. The baby was moved to a different wing in the hospital, and the parents were not informed. Hospital was on lockdown multiple times. Absolutely horrible experience.
This hospital should be shutdown!!!
The area is awful. The hospital itself is dirty and in disrepair. Electrical panels popped out of walls, and there are emergency electrical sockets in the NICU that don’t work.
My daughter was transferred here from Henderson Hospital because she needed a CT scan.
It has been an absolutely horrible experience.
The nurses don’t chart us being present and doing cares, so they keep harassing us to “room in” because they don’t think we can take care of our daughter.
We showed up one night to visit only to find an empty room. They never bothered to call and tell us they had moved her to a different wing entirely.
Her doctor barely updates us.
The doctors at Henderson called us every day with an update.
Security is always backed up because they have to check everyone that comes in, even though we come daily.
Why can’t we get a wristband or something?
The hospital has been on lockdown multiple times, or the system is down and we have to wait hours to get in the building.
Never let your loved one come here.
