No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital
Patient-291 went to Dr. Ronald Hillock at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. Patient says do NOT waste your time with Dr. Hillock. He just wants to get you out of his face without any resolution and get more money from you. Dr. Hillock would not use the previous MRI and wanted the patient to spend more money for another MRI and also said the patient had to come in for another appointment just to get the MRI ordered. Patient also had difficulty getting Nevada Orthopedic to return phone calls.

They are in the business to rip you off and that's it.
Do NOT waste your time with Dr. Ronald Hillock. He just wants to get you out of his face without any resolution.
My pain management doctor referred me to Nevada Orthopedic for a labrum tear, which was confirmed with an MRI a few years ago.
After having my appointment here rescheduled twice by this office, I was finally seen.
The assistant did an X-ray but said my MRI may be too old to reference.
The quack Hillock comes in and tells me it's arthritis.
I mentioned to him again about the MRI and the tear. He tried to pull it up and says that it won't open because it's too old. I advised him that I had it pulled up on my phone.
He says that it wouldn't matter because they would need to get a new scan.
So, he says that I need a new MRI and physical therapy.
I never received a call for the MRI. After about a month, I called back to Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center to ask about the referral (for an MRI).
They transferred me to someone who didn't answer. I left a message and didn't get a call back.
After the 3rd day, I called back again and asked to speak to an office manager. I was connected with Rawna. She was the most helpful.
She called me back a few days later and said that the quack Hillock said that if I "want" an MRI, that I would need to come in for another appointment.
I already paid co-pay for the appointment and the X-ray.
Now they want more money for something he should have submitted.
