Patient-363

No Medical Care and None of His Prescription Medications for 8 days at Sunrise Hospital

Patient-363 went to Sunrise Hospital. Horrific place!! Worst hospital experience of my entire life. Male nurse named Eric was horrible and should NOT be there. No food, except two pudding cups. Patient requested to be discharged and says Sunrise Hospital needs to GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Patient-363 went to Sunrise Hospital.

This has to be the worst hospital experience of my entire life!!

From my 10 1/2 hour emergency room visit --- after being brought in by ambulance --- I was finally put into a room.

After 12 hours, I was diagnosed with something that was going to require me to be hospitalized.

I would have picked any other hospital had I known that this was such a horrific place!!

When I was placed in a room, my nurse was named Eric. Eric is a horrible person who should NOT be a nurse. He complained to everybody. He used foul language. He gave me the wrong medication twice that was intended for another patient.

I received a vase of flowers from my coworkers and Eric, in his anger, knocked the glass vase over onto the floor, breaking it all over the room. He then used  curse words.

He also "forgot" to order my lunch that I was required to eat before I could be released, so he threw two pudding cups at me and told me to finish it up so I could go home.

Honestly, this hospital either needs to hire qualified, compassionate individuals or GO OUT OF BUSINESS. There should be no other option.

I actually asked my doctor to discharge me probably much earlier than I should have been discharged just to get out of that hospital.

I am home now, and I still don’t feel well, but I will NEVER go back to Sunrise Hospital.
