Patient-84 who had a painful and horrifying experience at Sunrise Hospital. Lack of compassion and necessary tests were not done. Competency was questionable, especially among the Urology doctors.
Please stay away from Sunrise Hospital.
I am 67 years old and have been in many hospitals in my life.
My 12 days at Sunrise Hospital were the most painful and horrifying in my life, and I'm a Vietnam vet.
Extreme lack of compassion or caring from the doctors and most of the nurses.
Competency was very questionable, especially among the Urology doctors.
They did not do the necessary diagnostics to find the source of my problem so that it could be resolved.
One doctor actually told me he would not reserve an Operating Room and an anesthesiologist to do a necessary diagnostic test when the VA pays so little for services.
Unbelievable.
